Kwik Kar Lube and Auto Center of Crowley

I accidentally posted an incorrect review. I've been to this location for State Inspection and have no complaints. The Inspection was quick and I'm happy with the service. My wife also comes to this establishment to get an oil change and is satisfied by the quality of their work. I will be definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

UPDATE: Upon returning with the intention of filing a complaint, I was met by the manager, Billy. He was very polite, apologetic, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and even offered to provide me with an inspection free of charge because of what I had initially experienced. I truly appreciated his kindness, respect, and the way he handled the situation. While my first interaction at this location was negative, Billy’s response showed compassion and a genuine concern for customer service. I came in around 5:35 on a Friday evening…. Granted this location closes at 6. I needed inspection and an oil change. They said the system wouldn’t allow them to do anymore inspections past 5:30. So that was lame, they didn’t tell me in the phone they quit doing the inspections 30 mins before close. Buuut sweethearts still took my car and did the fastest oil change I’ve ever had, in my 30 years. I was out of there in 7 mins TOPS lol little pricey though, it was $89 for my 2021 Camry. Overall 9/10 great shop!

For a first time customer to experience the issue that I have makes me look at experience in a horrible way. The over all services were ok and they communicated with me throughout the process of them fixing my truck. Until I picked up my truck for the 3rd time with an issue that I didn't even have before they supposedly fixed what I took originally paid to fix. Originally needing a fuel pump replaced turned into them having my truck for weeks on and off due to a miss diagnostic that im sure could have been found had services been do correctly. Now here it is almost a month without me being able to move my truck because it won't start and they have no answer and or concerns as to what happened to my truck and why I all of a sudden have a problem that wasn't originally there and started aft

Went to get an oil change….and then TWO WEEKS later, my check engine light came on!!! Took my car to an Auto Shop and they told me that there was NO OIL IN MY CAR AND that my motor is close to blowing!!! I don’t what they were smoking but this is highly unacceptable!!!!
