The car wash was to fast didn’t get my car clean at all and I paid for the ultimate wash. My tires were still dirty so I spoke with the manager he had me go back through and upgraded the wash and the car still came out dirty. The rug machine was out of order and the sprayer didn’t work at all. They do not offer upholstery cleaner or glass cleaner This was my first and last time going to this car wash. If yall want your car cleaned go to caliber car wash they have all the essential cleaning products and all of their machines work. Smh this place needs to be shut down it’s a ripoff.

Savannah was a great help to me today. Never been to the White Water Express but I can say it was definitely a great experience! Had a few issues with my card but she was so patient and gave some of the best customer service I’ve experienced I’m the area! Keep Up The Great Work SAVANNAH!!! 💕

I had Miguel take care of my car and he did an awesome job. Super friendly and really took his time making sure everything was clean. You can tell they really care about their work. Definitely going back and recommending them to anyone who needs a solid car wash!
