Bought a new rear mount elevator from Tony. Very strait forward with me through the whole process. If I buy another one I will be calling Tony again.

I recently had my Nifty Lift TM34 serviced and repaired. Everyone there did a great job. Buddy is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain how he was going to proceed with the repairs and inspection of the Lift. When the lift was ready, Buddy gave us some tips on set up and operation. I certainly recommend CUES.

Up in NH for work, I'm from Florida, had a leak from my boom truck 1st day, called CUES, Amanda at the front office was understanding and was able to squeeze me in that day to have it looked at, mechanic found issue and my part was found in Italy! Had the part in 2 days and back on the road, Amazing! Thankyou to Amanda, Jim in parts and the mechanics, all were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolute worst customer service I have we have ever received. Why bother making an appointment if your truck is going to sit for two days before anyone looks at it. We got charged for three hours for them to evaluate the truck without diagnosing the problem. Update: Brought this vehicle to another company and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two hours for less than what Cues charged for absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassles you will get from this company.

Needed a fix on the hydraulic line for our vertical piston on our bucket. In and out in under 10 minutes. Great quality of workers and the receptionist made sure someone checked the truck the minute we got there. Great service, kind people.
