Long overdue review. Brought my Ford Edge in about a month ago for an alignment, but Monro found a few other major and potentially dangerous issues with the steering. Nigel, the manager, and his staff worked diligently and extensively to resolve the problems. He worked with me on pricing and was more than fair in the end. Despite being extremely short staffed, these guys go above and beyond! Highly recommend!! Just be patient as they hire more technicians to meet demand.

I managed to limp my car over to the shop on two half-flat tires. They were ablento get me in that day, transfer tires from another shop, and have me back road-ready within a couple hours. Everyone I interacted with here was very personable, pleasant, and professional. It was a great experience, especially considering it's stressful nature.

Gotta give a big huge shout out for the guys working here for bailing us out of an emergency. We were driving from Boston to New Hampshire for a whippet 🐶 meet up when suddenly our check engine light started flashing and our Honda civic began to shake so we pulled over the side of the road. The car smelled horrible and started to panic. It was scary moment. It was a Sunday meaning most auto shops were closed and we were in an unfamiliar area 50 miles from home with a puppy in the backseat. Unsure what to do next, we saw that Monroe was open so we carefully drove over. Not only did they have someone look at the car right away, but they were able to order and have the part delivered in just a few hours.
