Haffner's Touchfree Car Wash

Absolutely unacceptable. $20 for the platinum wash and my car came out with dark muddy streaks all over it. I asked for a refund and they obliged; she informed me they use recycled water, which I understand is typical ...but it's winter, so it seems to be salty, sandy unfiltered water that was being pelted at high pressure at my vehicle.... I am still fuming days later thinking my new car was technically sand blasted. I have a few chips in the front and while I can't prove it was from them, I am definitely suspicious. This should not be allowed and should be fraudulent! I went down the street to White Duck Car Wash and they did 100000% better than this place!

Spent $20 on a premium wash for my truck, thought everything was fine till I got to work and had streaks all over it. Had to go to another car wash to get it rewashed. Very noticeable on a dark gray vehicle. Will not be going back.

Indeed, unacceptable and unbelievable! Spots all over the place can I see through the windshield due to the salty water that’s dried in my car looks worse than before the “wash”

This car wash was overpriced and did a terrible job. My car was still dirty on the way out. Had to wash my car by hand when I got home because they couldn’t get the job done.
