Cullman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Contacted the dealership regarding a 2026 RAM 2500 megacab I was interested in purchasing. I received responses from Kevin, Catfish, and Phillip. I provided Phillip with my trade information at 8am, and never heard back even after sending a follow up email around noon. Im not going to chase anyone to spend my money. I am already preapproved through my bank and if they had provided an agreeable trade value I would have made the trip and purchased the truck today. But I was ghosted instead so I will take my business elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone.

Slimy business practices. This company advertises a price, but upon investigation, you find it is contingent on meeting all eligibility requirements. If you are not trading in a car and are not a first responder, you are not eligible for the price. The worst, and in my opinion, slimiest part is the extra 1900 plus they put on the vehicle for special services like tint and pin striping, and a plethora of mildly related things that you cannot simply opt out of. These extras are not included in the price and are non-negotiable, which raises the question: "Why is that not part of the advertised price?" I will give the salesperson credit; he did not lie about the eligibility or extras or deceptive pricing.

I recently purchased a jeep from Cullman CDJR and have to say it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Tim Allison was the Sales Consultant that assisted me and he was first class. I live in Franklin, TN so there were several conversations before I drove down to Cullman. Tim was never high pressure, always quick to respond, and incredibly helpful as I made my first jeep purchase ever. This is a great dealership and Tim is a top notch consultant!!

I am so beyond thankful for the guys here in service! My brand new car stayed at north country in Arab for 2 weeks because there was a very obvious rattle. I told them to check the drive shaft.. They did not, instead they replaced a seal on my back window. Even tried to tell me it was a piece of mail above my visor. Assured me they looked over the whole thing thoroughly and it was safe to drive. I left and took it to Cullman CDJR.. the alternator was hanging off, pulley broken, balancing on the engine plate, belt was shredded, cutting into an aluminum frame, covered in hydrolic fluid and belt shavings.. and the cv joint on the drive shaft was broken..
