Joshua Sharpe was our salesman. I love that he listened to us and we never once felt like he was pushing us into something we didn’t want. In fact it was the exact opposite! He pointed out thing we didn’t even think of. The best part, I talked about a bumper sticker I would need for our new trailer. When we went in to sign he handed it to us. Talk about listening. I purchased a new 2025 Keystone Cougar 25DBSWE from Darin in early November. Despite the sales department being busy and seemingly short-handed, Darin provided excellent service and took great care of us. We took the trailer out for a shakedown trip at the end of November and encountered several issues. While we expected some minor items, there were more repairs needed than anticipated. I scheduled the service with Sabrina, and the trailer remained at the shop for just over a month. Sabrina was wonderful throughout the process, providing consistent updates at every step of the repairs.

Brad helped us seal a deal for my parents out in California (out of state sale) Brad was knowledgeable on suitability and functions needed for them and accessibility needs. I am beyond in awe of the amazing team and Brad who helped us secure something that is going to be filled with so many memories to come.
