Don’t waste your time. Steve acts like the busiest person on the planet but infact everytime I went by he was outside or just standing around. If you have a job that needs to be done Steve is not your man.

My partner took our chevy Silverado to this business for replacement of cats as the vehicle was not passing emissions inspection. This business had previously done cat replacements on 2 vehicles owned by my partner in past years without any difficulty...job done, cost reasonable, so returned with the Silverado about 3 months ago.. As agreed, Steve replaced the catalytic converters. Within about 20 miles, the same problematic code regarding cats came back "not meeting threshold". Steve was contacted about the issue, and agreed to look at the issue. Left the truck as agreed on a Monday night. The following Saturday Steve contacted my partner to say the truck was ready to be picked up. The only info offered from Streve regarding the cats was "a misfire is occurring", the same problem that l

Started with a muffler replacement Then immediately after, returned 7 visits over 10 month period costed $3,600 For a 2007 xterra Each time something was “fixed” it broke in less than hours or days. Just picked xterra up ….less than driving it 7 miles the weight of the heavy new exhaust - BROKE the exhaust manifold pipe CLEAN OFF!!! Brought it back less than 24 hours after picking it up I asked how long will your work last on welding this back ….i Was told “I’ll do the best I can” Picked it up and now less then a week later found out he put NO HANGERS to hold the heavy exhaust up…I repeat…NO HANGERS.
