D & D Auto

DEAR CONSUMER!!! DO NOT USE!!! Hi i’m also a buisness owner/contractor and I was on the way from a clients house whom resided in cotton lakes, a neighborhood close to D & D auto. I own a 2002 mustang (one of many cars in my collection) and had issues with my tires leaking air a couple times while in wetumpka. Noticing the auto shop i stopped a couple times and requested for them to take a look the (owner) seemed nice (at the time) and they filled my tires and i went about my way i had a good impression these first couple encounters and felt as if they were genuinely nice people. Not long after my Mustang (the same car) had started leaking oil and the manifold needed repaired. I stopped at the shop and decided to give them my buisness and hire them for the repairs. I was told it would take

Owner likes to harass people who don’t recommend them on fb, went through all his business paperwork to find my info from years ago, and call me. Would not recommend for work or being professional

Will not communicate. New excuses every day meanwhile your car sits up there over a week untouched. Would not recommend. Cars under warranty so it’s guaranteed money, if you don’t want to work just close shop and go home. Going where I should’ve gone in the first place, Grays in Tallassee

Great experience with them working on our car recently. We’ve used them a couple of times and always appreciated their help. Would definitely recommend and use if we need them again.

I talked to John about replacing my alternator on my Nissan and his mechanic wasn't quite done with it by closing time but stayed about an hour and a half after closing to finish the job so I could get to work the next day. Great team there at D&D!
