D & D did a fantastic job on my 2020 F250. Staff was a pleasure to work with and get to know, cannot recommend them enough. And they got me in and out within a week which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely be bringing other vehicles and recommending to friends. Thank You again 🙏🏽

I saved over $800 taking my vehicle here for repairs. The customer service is excellent and the staff is friendly. The office is not the best but the results they achieve repairing damaged vehicles is excellent! I highly recommend this place for repairs. P.s Caliber Collision repaired my previous vehicle and the results were no good!

I didn’t get Service performed because immediately as I arrived, when I walked to the door, there is a sign that says you have to pay $20 for estimate. It’s only refundable if you get the work done here. For me personally, that defeats the purpose of shopping around and kind of felt like I was strong armed to utilize their services. I’m thankful for the sign, but I’m going elsewhere just because the principal.

I had a door handle that was broken and other businesses in the Killeen area wanted to charge over $500 but God sent me to D&D Body Shop for the repair work and was charged less than $100. Thank God for your company and caring for the people in the Killeen area.

Lol they can’t quote body work over the phone. Said “it’s like calling a doctor and asking how sick you are.” No… it’s like asking what you charge to replace a part that you probably do 20 times a day and have a standard pricing sheet for. Every other auto shop just asks for the VIN, but these guys want to waste your time before giving you an overblown quote.
