Took my truck in for an alignment. 1/2 mile down the road, took it back. Picked up the second time and drove it home, but had to take it back a third time. After the third time it was worse than when I dropped it off, and was told parts were bent / it was not able to be aligned. I took the truck to Christian Brothers and they aligned it perfectly, first try, no extra work done. No dirty name calling or allegations, just facts. Make your own deductions.

I've been bringing my vehicle and my children's vehicles here for years. They are extremely professional, honest and get the job right every time. I moved from La Porte 2 years ago and travel 30 mins just to get my oil changed and tires rotated. These guys are the best!

Okay okay, I know everyone writes reviews and most people just skim through but WAIT! I have taken three vehicles over the past several years to this place. Every single time I’m greeted by the nicest people and my problem is always solved at a reasonable price and time frame. These people make me feel comfortable as a woman going to a mechanic because they’re honest. I know that I can trust their judgement and find a solution to whatever issue my vehicle is having. I also go for maintenance and have always been happy with their work. I moved and now live 45 mins from them but I’ll go here every time for any vehicle needs. I had a great experience when I went to D.T. Firestone on Friday. I had a headlight out in my 2016 Ford Fusion. Of course, since you have one out, it’s always better to change both of them, which is what I did. I did not have anyone to come pick me up, so I just waited for them to do the repairs. I also had a back tire that was leaking. I arrived at 1 o’clock and had no appointment. I just walked in. Also had a leak in my back tire. They found the leak and repaired that as well. They did not in anyway try to pressure me to do this that or the other to my vehicle, they did exactly what I asked them to do and did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I would recommend D.T. Firestone to anyone.
