My family and I love Dan, he’s very straightforward and honest about your vehicle issues, no sugar coating. He’s honest and very informative, also a jokester and easy to talk to about the issues. Rebuilt my transmission for an amazing price!!! Will come back to this shop for future transmission issues ! HE DOES GREAT WORK!!! May not be done at the snap of ur fingers but he tries very hard as well as his kids LEARNING in the shop. Great people.

Dan did a great job for me, gave me a good price, and was super quick at getting the job done! I took my vehicle to another shop, explaining to them that it was idling roughly and wasn't throwing any codes. So, what did they do?? They hooked their code reader up to it and found out exactly what I said, but they did find a $130 bill in there for doing what I already knew. They did tell me to take it to another shop, though. So that's what is to be taken out of this review. I had a poor experience at one shop (which has a higher rating, believe it or not) and had a great experience for the same issue, for which I wasn't even billed. I know I can trust Dan. I figured he had more mechanics there, too. At the other shop, I didn't even get to talk to the mechanics; it was only the front desk tha

My friend's car was torn through then Dan's son lied and claimed they didn't have the keys. She lost her car , couldn't afford to get it back after doors were torn off and parts stripped. Not responsible sign said.

One of the worst bussiness experiences I've had, let alone in Cowlitz County. You WILL be ripped off. They held my car for nearly 3 months, without any word what was going on. Called many times a week. Wouldn't give my car back without the owner present. The kid, his son, was rude and annoyed that I wanted to know anything at all. Charged me for a second diagnostic. Took my car to a dealership, they found a damaged part that they said "probably from someone who didn't know what they were doing." ... I wonder where THAT came from. I have no idea why they have such a high score, other than fake profiles. I would implore you to pay attention to the less favorable reviews.

Crankshaft sensor replaced over a year ago here. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE. They didn't do the relearn. They screwed up my starter and my truck hasn't been the same since they touched it. My complaints did absolutely nothing, they're unaccountable and irresponsible. My husband had to help the kid find where the sensor was located! NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE QITH YOUR VEHICLE. HEART BREAK IS THE RESULT AND YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF!
