D&D worked with my insurance provider and got my nearly totaled car fixed. Nick and the crew were very knowledgeable and communicated well with me throughout the process. One of the only shops I trust in the north country to do an honest job. Highly recommend.

Darrah & Darrah do an awesome job for a fair price. I've brought my Subaru in twice, once for extensive body work after a major collison, and once for a small dent, and they were timely, courteous, and made my car look good as new both times. I had scheduling conflicts both times and they were very accommodating and never grumbled when I needed to move around my appointments. Communication is easy as they respond to emails, voicemails, and pick up the phone despite being busy in the shop. I couldn't recommend Darrah & Darrah more highly.

I did not have the best experience here. On the positive, my car was seen and given an estimate promptly, and communication was very solid during the week. (No saturday hours as is posted on google) I decided to work with a different shop who was using factory Subaru parts for less money than the aftermarket I was quoted here, and without the long turn around time. I went to pick my car up and was very surprised to see work had already begun before insurance accepted my estimate with this shop. I was told this was in attempts to fix the headlight and tail light asap, but doing any bit of work pending insurance approval? I was shown a trunk full of my parts and given my keys. I had to reaffix the broken headlamp, tail lamp and grill myself so I could drive. Additionally, there was a din
