With the wintry conditions during our Lake Placid ski vacation, we needed new windshield wiper blades badly! The guy was incredibly helpful and even helped us install them (in the freezing cold 🥶).

Outstanding Customer Service! While on a family vacation, our car battery began acting up. We headed straight to the NAPA store in Lake Placid, where a friendly representative offered to test the battery—completely free of charge. When it turned out we needed a replacement, we asked if we could borrow some tools, and without hesitation, they handed us exactly what we needed. Hundreds of miles from home, the staff made us feel welcome and turned what could have been a trip-stopping problem into just a small bump in the road. Huge thanks to the NAPA team—you truly prove that you win with people!

Went totally above and beyond for me. I needed transmission fluid and the cap was stuck. He found another way to fill it up for me. Great service.

The 5 year old battery in my Toyota Rav 4 gave out while on vacation in Lake Placid . I drove into Napa where they not only had a replacement battery in stock but also tested the old battery and alternator beforehand ....at no charge to me. They even loaned me the tools I needed to replace it right then and there . Very friendly and helpful ...thanks guys !! where thewhere
