Absolutely the best - slid off steep driveway at remote cabin rental on a Friday February evening, with major snow storm, almost lost the truck. One call - sent some pics, set a time for morning. 12 inches of snow in the morning, plow service cleared access to truck. Get a call from Hoffman's driver with 10-15 min ETA, right on time like they said. AWESOME guy Griffin showed up..long walk up to asses.."no problem"...true professional, great knowledge...backs his rig up 100+ yards a steep snow packed drive, rigs it up, unreal knowledge, directing and instructing me to operate my truck so the front end doesn't slip off and vrash into trees. He made it look easy, and confident like the Lord was riding shotgun !! He even walked back up and backed my truck down. Cannot say enough about Hoffman'

Griffin from Hoffman Auto helped me with a flat today. He went above and beyond. He clearly enjoys his job and is extremely good at it. It’s was -2 outside! No problem. I’m back on the road!

My car broke down in Lake placid New York and I needed a flatbed trailer to haul it back to Boston. I sat in the cab of the flatbed truck and drove all the way back with the driver. He was extremely professional and thankfully there are good people out there willing to do last minute long distance trips. this was done through AAA.

My first experience with this company was absolutely fantastic! Melissa was professional, kind and incredibly helpful. Truly a gem who bent over backwards to help me figure things out. Her, her manager and their driver Kyle have gone above and beyond to get my vehicle home! The company is great, employees are wonderful and their prices are fair. We will only be using Hoffman Towing from here on out - thankyou again!

On vacation, my vehicle had a no start problem. The techs at Hoffman ran down the issue, provided a detailed explanation of all the tests and findings by phone and text. They got my vehicle back to me in two days so I could use it to get home with an on time departure. I could not be happier with their system. With that said, this is not your usual shop. They do not have an office. All work is by appointment only. Appointments are made online. I had my vehicle towed by that well known travel towing company and they knew right where Hoffman is. I had to manually input the address into the online service request for the towing company as Hoffman is not one of their sponsored shops. I would definitely send my vehicle here again.
