Absolutely awesome customer service! My boyfriend and I were camping in the adirondacks for the weekend and we were on the road back home when our truck brakes went. His shop was the closest shop around so we shot him a text and he responded almost immediately. Even though he was swamped, he squeezed us in and got the Brakes fixed and us back on the road in no time! Bill is a genuine, honest guy trying to help those around. I highly recommend going to him for any vehicle needs!
Left vehicle with them for 2 days for a simple brake job and they never even looked at it. We ended up driving it all the way home to Rochester for repairs.
