DAS Auto Parts came highly recommended from a friend. After experiencing some key fob and car battery issues gave them a call and they were able to help pin point the issue and next steps over the phone. Still stopped by to have them run some tests on the car battery to see if a new one was needed. They showed me what was going on and that a new battery wasn’t needed. They did not even charge and wouldn’t accept a tip. Some of the friendliest and most professional customer service I have ever been around. Strongly suggest using these guys for any car needs.

I have been a customer at DAS since they opened. If you want personalized help and informed, knowledgeable staff, shop here. The owner came out to my car with the product to see if it would work for me and got me the right solution for my issue. They are more your neighbor than your vendor. You won't find this level of service anywhere else. I was having battery issues and they tested everything to confirm it was indeed the battery - not the alternator, not the starter. Saved me a lot of time and money. You are wasting your valuable time and money going online or locating a shop that might steer you into expensive solutions. I want to start this review by saying that I contacted 5 to 10 different auto parts stores in Westchester County, and none were as attentive or helpful as DAS Auto. This shop really helped me out, providing assistance throughout the process. I called them a day in advance, and they had a specific hitch delivered to their shop. They installed it along with an electrical system in just a few hours. I was pressed for time as I was being stationed in the military in Florida, and they managed to complete the job within 24 hours. I can’t thank them enough. If you're in the area and need anything at all, DAS Auto is the best!
