Ever have one of those days where you're apprehensive to bring your car in for a smple inspection because you know the mechanic is going to find something? Yup, had that happen today to a 14 year old Prius. Rear brakes, front struts and rotors needed changing. I knew in my heart the car needed work, but was trying to avoid it. Paul, the Mgr, explained everything with the knowledge of a University Professor easing my mind that was beginning to tally up the costs. I've never been to a repair shop that gave such knowledgeable, honest and forthright service. Paul worked with me to get the repairs done and saving me some money with available store coupons. The manager Paul is one of the nicest guys I've ever worked with especially when it comes to dealing with car repairs as it can be reall rough and Paul made the experience as nice as possible. He was honest and kind. The staff got all 4 tires on in under 2 hours which is hard to find these days, I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family, just make sure you ask for Paul.
