Our newly licensed 16 year old did some significant damage to our 2021 Toyota Corolla . I’m glad I brought it to Hartel’s Auto body. Great experience start to finish. Rene conducted my estimate. He clearly explained the work to be done, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The shop kept me informed regularly on the status of the work. Pick up was smooth and easy. They did excellent job on the repair of my Corolla. I I highly recommend Hartel’s Auto body.

Working with Hartels was a wonderful and stress-free experience. Needed work done after being rear-ended. Rene was patient, accommodating, and walked me through the whole step by step process in regards to communicating between insurance company and rental company. He answered all my questions and soothed any anxiety I had with the whole process. Work was done promptly and my car looks beautiful. Hartel's was very easy to deal with. They worked in a timely professional manner. They did not jerk me around or play any of the unprofessional games some operations do. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off. You'd be hard pressed to find a better shop to go to

After finding Hartel’s Auto Body, I’ll never go anywhere else. Rene and his father Rod might be the coolest, kindest folks you’ll ever meet. The entire crew is patient, efficient, friendly and does superior work. After an accident my car needed a lot of work. Rene (pronounced “rainy”) got me in asap, dealt with my insurance and rental car, and patiently talked me through the entire process. Honestly, my car looks better now than the day I bought it. I was in an accident around Christmas time. I called Hartels to have my car fixed and they walked me through everything. The weekend I was supposed to bring my car in, my father passed. I called them to let them know I would need some time and they understood and made me feel taken care of. I brought my car in, they updated me on the process which took a little over a week. My car looks brand new. I’m so thankful for them, and will continue to give them my business!
