Dave Turner - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jena, and she did such a wonderful job in helping me I had to leave a review. Dave and his team always make me feel like they care, and go above and beyond in customer service! So glad to work with them!

So I left Dave Turner’s office after 14+ years with him insuring 5 cars and homeowners insurance each month cause he did not exceed my expectations in customer service - huge disappointment! I am still with Statefarm as I been for over 30 years just changed agents to one who goes the extra mile! Dave could have corrected the problem but chose not to lift a finger to help someone who has done business with him for years!

I couldn't agree more with the other review claiming the staff is incompetent. I've never had a company send me back my money and create such obstacles to do business with them. Glad to be doing business with anyone else at this point. The agent that worked with me could neither explain coverage options, nor inform me of "deadlines" for insurance.

Dave and his team are true professionals who run their office with the utmost integrity. I could not be happier with every interaction I have had with both Dave and his team. Highly recommend this office!
