I had the best encounter this morning with Chris from Dave's Tow-A-Way. He called me after receiving a request for a tow from my insurance company. He was professional, polite and provided an accurate eta on when he would arrive to have my location to have the vehicle towed to the body shop. He arrived at my location and greeted me politely. He took pictures of my vehicle, reminded me to remove any items I may need from my vehicle, and started it to try to assess how he would get it up on his tow truck. He treated my vehicle gingerly and I was very impressed with the care he took. The entire process with him was seamless and I appreciate him. I am going to echo many of the reviews about Chris because he truly deserves 5 star review. He called before arriving, was early, and had my Subie on the truck within 20 minutes. The best part was not only the efficiency or professionalism that deserves 5 stars but Chris’ easy going and friendly nature which made the entire experience pleasant. And it isn’t very often that the words pleasant and car towing are in the same sentence. Great job Chris👏👍

Chris dropped my car off right before the 5pm traffic, and I really appreciate the fast, professional service. Dave’s Tow-A-Way got my car out of the collision shop ASAP, which meant a lot—especially since that shop was charging outrageous daily storage fees and still hadn’t provided a full quote in a reasonable timeframe.
