Daves Towing Service Inc.

My car slid on some ice and ended up down a hill off the side of the highway. Dave’s Towing showed up to the scene, and got my car out of the 20+ inches of snow within minutes. The tow truck driver was calm, informative, and reassuring when the situation was kind of a mess. The next day, I was running late to pick up my car due to a work emergency, and the woman at the desk and her son stayed late to set me up with a tow truck driver, and worked it out to make it the most cost-effective. This driver was great too- he was very kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was brought back to my driveway safely. I was blown away with how person-centered everyone I had met was. In a world that can feel overwhelming and heavy, it’s the light of people like this that shines the brightest.

I witnessed a Dave’s Towing & Recovery tow truck driving very dangerously on I-195 in Providence today. The truck was speeding, tailgating, and making abrupt lane changes, nearly causing multiple accidents. It was genuinely alarming, especially given the size and weight of a tow truck. Road safety should be a top priority for any company operating heavy vehicles. Based on what I observed, I would not feel comfortable using this service and wanted others to be aware.

I called for a tow through AAA, The starter went in my truck and it,was Buried in snow from the plows, I shoveled around it the best I could, José was awesome and helped me out. Thanks for helping us out

My Daughter was in an accident in Smithfield. Had to be towed. Dave’s towing helped out a lot. I had to stop by for pictures and collect her belongings. And the Women behind the desk was so helpful. Thanks again

These guys are always on time and very professional. Nice, clean equipment and more importantly the right truck for the job. The prices are very fair. I use them very frequently.
