Took our van in and told them it wasn't firing. Spark plugs were halfway out because my husband had been trying to check them, they were told to put them back in. Had an appointment and they had us tow the van the day prior so they could diagnose it first thing next day. Instead they didn't let us know they were waiting to check on it and waited to let us know what it was until the next day which was a wasted tow. Then they just decided it was the TIPM module without even checking the spark plugs, and then it was the fuel pump. It was in the shop for 10 days. When my husband went to pick it up it was running rough and shaky, and the check engine light came on IMMEDIATELY after he accelerated, so no one even test drove the car. Top notch work. Brought in my transmission from my 96 corvette to be rebuilt. They rebuilt it with upgraded parts at a better price than most of the shops I called. 9 day turn around including the weekend, which is great. Got it back installed and finished up yesterday and the car drives amazingly, firm shifts, smooth engagement, especially with that amsoil synthetic in it.
