The worst people in north Wilkesboro! They lie and when you have to bring your car back because of their negligence they make you wait for days! If you’re coming here to get your transmission serviced they don’t do a complete job. I feel sorry for people that have come here for transmission service because they don’t do all that’s needed to complete the job! Go elsewhere if you want honest trustworthy people to work on your car!

Simply put, this is how you run a local car care center. They've been here for as long as I can remember and I can't remember ever bringing a car or truck in for repairs or improvements that I wasn't super happy with the results and experience. A few weeks ago was no different. After buying a used truck that had hidden oil and power steering leaking issues (long story with another review) I called for an appointment and they worked us in within a few days. After a few hours they had diagnosed all the issues, not just the leaks, and presented us with a list of options, timeframes, costs and recommendations. As the tech worked on the truck they found a few more things and each time called and made sure I'd want to repair that as well. Two days later we had our truck back with no leaks a
