Stopped by Mavis in North Wilkesboro with a slow leak and had an excellent experience. A team member actually greeted me in the parking lot and immediately got the process started. Everyone communicated clearly, worked together seamlessly, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They checked the tire, explained the issue, fixed it quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. It is refreshing to find a place that is honest, efficient, and does not try to upsell you. Great service and great people. I will definitely be back.

Stopped with no appointment and they got me in fast. Fixed my parking brake issue and called and said my car was ready to go before I even made it home. Could not be more satisfied with their fast, complete and friendly service. Thanks guys and gals!!

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and could not figure out where it was leaking. Stopped by Mavis Tires and was immediately assisted. They had my vehicle on the rack, found and plugged the leak and had me out the door in under 10 minutes. They didn't even charge me for the plug. This is the best place for tires, brakes and alignment. Highly recommend these folks.
