I have a Lincoln brand vehicle. I was referred to this location for a service. Despite not being a Ford owner, I enjoyed my experience from the customer service to communication. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you to the service staff at Davidson Ford. I appreciate you all❤️

This was my first experience with Davidson Ford. My 2016 Mustang needed AC service. All personnel were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The work was performed on time and the first time. I had a third party extended warranty on the vehicle which Davidson was happy to accept and work with for payment. I would recommend this service department to anybody without hesitation. It was truly an exceptional experience.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect, but having Davidson's mobile oil change unit worked out very well. The service people were prompt, courteous, and took care of my car with no problems, changing the oil and rotating the tires. I would definitely recommend this to others in part due to the convenience. It saved me a lot of time by not having to drive to the dealership, which is 35 minutes away. I would certainly take advantage of this again if it is offered.

Have always had a great experience when bringing my vehicle to Davidson Ford in Clay for service. They are open, honest and transparent about what is being done or needs to be done. They make suggestions of additional services and explain clearly why you need them, but even when I decide against it they are not pushy. Have mostly dealt with Tammy and she is always a pleasure to work with. I also love their waiting lounge, comfortable, good internet and a decent place to work from when waiting on your vehicle.

Rich went above and beyond helping us get our car serviced for an extended warranty issue. He followed up every step of the way and kept us informed of each and every step. Also expedited getting a rental to use during our down time. Thanks for the great service.
