Northside I must admit, I was terrified to go through the Northside collision center based on my previous experiences. However, from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by all the employees who were in and out of the office. Zach, one of the employees, took his time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and my husband’s. He was incredibly friendly and humorous, and I felt like I was always kept informed about the progress of my case. The front office was run by Myneeka, who was incredibly helpful and made me laugh. She’s an amazing and down-to-earth individual. There was also a detailer whose name I didn’t catch, but he was absolutely meticulous in his work. I was told my repair would take three weeks — it took over two months. I received no proactive communication; the only updates came when I called. My vehicle was misplaced for over three weeks, and I was promised reimbursement for rental expenses, which I still have not received. The estimate doubled without prior discussion, and my calls went unanswered when I tried to get clarification. When I finally got my car back, it had new paint scratches and chips, and the cross-traffic and blind spot sensors were malfunctioning. Completely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this shop

Excellent!!!! I felt like I stepped back in time to when customer service was everything. From the moment I arrived to have my car assessed my experience was awesome!!! I was greeted by Mynekka who is an absolute gem!!! She went above and beyond to call my insurance company to see what my rental car cost was going to be. WOW!!! The manager, Zach even stepped out of his office to help solve the situation. WOW!!! My assessment was done by Bryan who was very professional and kind making sure the damage would be fixed the first time. When my car repair was complete it was Jeff who helped me. Absolutely terrible communication, and late on the completion date. Which ultimately caused an overcharge from enterprise that I was unaware about and wasn't notified until five days after the coverage stopped. What kind of business model is that? "Hey by the way, Mr. I just wanted to let you know that your coverage ended last Thursday". So now I have to pay a $240 overcharge. Don't bother with this company, take your business somewhere else! North side went beyond my highest expectations. My car went in for a back hatch repair. The service was proffessional and thorough. I bought my Volvo used and I swear my car looks better than when I drove it off the lot. Also the detailing they gave my car was so thorough I didn’t recognize the inside. I highly recommend Northside collision and I would definitely use them again.
