After having a driver's license for 53 years and owning over forty vehicles, I've had my share of interactions with auto repair facilities. That being said, Dawson Auto Care is the second shop in 53 years that I trusted with the problem analysis, repairs and pricing. There were no delays in getting my vehicle back on the road. The cost of repairs was consistent with the estimate. A cracked vacuum line was repaired at no charge. Overall we are very pleased with Dawson Auto Care and will not hesitate to recommend them

I found Dawson auto care online and it turned out to be the best online search I've done in quite a while. It's very seldom that you get what you are actually looking for and that's someone you can trust and that does the best job possible. Well that's exactly what happened. I had a vehicle that I couldn't find anyone to even checkout for me .. I kept running into problems getting the right mechanic shop. Until I found these guys . Tom was great and got the work done to my car quickly. They communicated every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pushed into other work. He was also patient and answered any other questions I had about my car and further work that needs to be done. Having a 13 year old vehicle means issues are bound to happen no matter how well you maintain them (and I haven't been the best at that), but I feel confident that this shop will take care of any future needs my vehicle will have.
