Steve answered the phone and found a replacement option that got me back on the road for way less than I expected to pay. Caleb handled the install and the alignment quickly. When I asked about the cost of the alignment, Caleb let me know it was actually covered under my original 4-tire purchase! ​I really appreciate a team that treats people well and looks for the best options rather than a quick sell. Right when I walked in, JR greeted me warmly and helped me address my car concerns right away. He was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the estimate with no pressure. The team worked efficiently, checked the alignment, and showed me the before and after results. The entire process was smooth, the pricing was fair, and the customer service was excellent. Im confident on driving my car again. I had a wonderful experience when I took my car in for new tires and brakes! Dropped it off in the morning and it was ready to pick up by end of the day. The Assistant Manager was awesome and very helpful!! As a woman, I expect to be told all these things are wrong and have to be fixed but that was not the case. They took the time to explain to what absolutely needed to get done for my safety in driving the vehicle and what I could hold off on until I could bring it back in again. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this shop!!

Jed was amazing! I brought a fleet vehicke in for service which is usually a headache but these guys were great! Jed was phenomenal and made it all way easier than expected and I had the vehicle ready the same day! Will be returning for business!
