Grease Monkey is the best! They’re always honest, friendly, and fast. What I appreciate most is that they never try to sell me services I don’t need — just straightforward, trustworthy work every time. It’s rare to find a shop that values integrity like these guys do. We love Randy and Dusty. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommend!

New in town and needed an oil change. Saw this place had great reviews and was not disappointed! Very quick service on a Friday (no appointment), with fairly reasonable prices. Randy handled our service and he was so personable! He talked about service recommendations but we never felt pressured to buy anything right now, and we felt very welcome. Definitely recommend!

Just needed something simple, air checked in my tires. They were very busy, and to my surprise they were able to do this right away and there was no charge. The young gentleman was very professional and polite. I very much appreciated the care he took around my 2011 Camaro since it hardly gets driven. His time and efforts did not go unnoticed ... enjoy your tip!

I absolutely LOVE Grease Monkey Dawsonville! It’s the best experience from when you first arrive to the time you leave. They always greet you when you arrive, very personal but professional through the whole process. Randy, the manager, is the best and has a great and friendly crew! Never had a bad experience. Today I came for an oil change and they didn’t have the oil filter so they called a parts store right away, found the part and they ran to the to the parts store right away and was back in a few minutes and changed my oil. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers! We appreciate you so much, Grease Monkey Dawsonville!! You all are the best!

What a wonderful experience! Drove in this afternoon to get an oil change, no appointment. It was my first time there and Randy was so super nice and incredibly helpful. Everyone seemed so happy and friendly. Even the owners were on site, and also very nice (and funny lol). What a great place to work. It's worth going there just to see everyone's smiling faces. What a lovely thing to see. They were quick, efficient, and did an amazing job. This will definitely be our new place to go for oil changes and other work. Highly recommend!!!
