I am exceptionally pleased with this shop and the quality of work done on the rebuilding of the front end of my 2014 Silverado. They used high-quality replacement parts, charged me exactly what they said they would charge me, And even had the truck ready more than 24 hours sooner than expected! The shop is clean and the personnel are friendly and talented. I can recommend them without reservation.

I recently moved to Dawsonville, and I was suddenly in need of a critical repair. I did some due diligence and visited three local shops. Although they were each helpful and provided me with their diagnosis and suggested approach to repair my car, Lakeside demonstrated a much more detailed and deliberate approach. The entire staff is extremely professional, and with decades of experience, Nakia Wood (CEO) brings a level of expertise that is remarkable. Not only did they do a superb job repairing my car, but they also provided extraordinary customer service - providing me with a complimentary ride home when I dropped my car off. I am very happy to have found a "go to" auto maintenance/repair shop here in Dawsonville.

First class, hometown service. My daughter was having trouble with her car so she brought it in for an evaluation. They diagnosed the problem and recommended another shop that specializes in transmission repair to do the work. I was impressed with the integrity of the owners. They could have charged her to replace the “fluten-lagel valve” and sent her on her way in a vehicle with a dangerous problem. They will definitely continue to get my business.

Great service. I popped in at the last minute to get help with some windshield wipers that I had previously bought the wrong ones from another parts store. He helped me get up and going before the ice storm came in. It was late in the evening.
