Roland is top notch! A few years ago, he sold me and installed a converted brand new front subframe to fit my 2010 9-3 XWD sedan, and for the work required to change out my severely rotted out subframe, I thought he was very reasonable! They are not easy to change! I then spotted a 2011 9-3 XWD Aero sedan, several months later with 68,400mi on it and moved up to that on a trade, since I was pushing 180,000mi on the 2010. I went to visit him again and purchased a fully serviceable propeller shaft, for the 2011, since GM made junk propeller shafts, in which the yokes are out of sync (what were they thinking)? wicked vibration! I installed the new propeller shaft when I got home, and have been driving all over the place! smooth riding! BTW the universals and carrier bearings are serviceabl

Best customer service I’ve ever received, I came in just to get my key programmed and he did a safety check with me for free and made sure that my vehicle was in good shape without me even asking. Roland was also able to put things in terms that a 22-year-old girl could understand. They will give you better service than your own dad!

The service on my Volvo was pricey, I felt. Overall the lack of clear communication from Roland was the biggest source of disappointment for me. The mechanical issues that I was told over the phone as well as the price I was quoted on the phone were not the same as the day when I went to pick up the auto. He kept trying to show me worn out parts from my car after the service, instead of just answering my direct questions. He kept laughing off my questions and changing the subject.

I brought my son's 2005 Saab 9-3 to get the subframe replaced. Drove 3.5 hours from upstate NY, and as soon as I arrived, I was greeted with the utmost professionalism. Before beginning the scheduled work we previously talked about, they looked over the entire car to make sure no other repairs were needed. After about 20 minutes, they came and got me from the waiting room to go over everything that was wrong with the car, aside from the deteriorating subframe. Needless to say, it was a long list. More money than I wanted to spend on the car. They showed me everything from the list by pointing all needed repairs while the car was on the lift. In the end, I chose not to commit to getting anything repaired due to what I already purchased the car for. It just wasn't worth investing another $40

If you own a Saab and want it to continue running, like new, even past the 200,000 mile marker, then there is no alternative. I have been doing business with Roland and Jeff for years and can attest to their decency, expertise, and fairness when it comes to auto repair and diagnostics.
