Absolutely AMAZING experience! From start to finish, this shop went above and beyond. The team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting my car back in perfect shape. Marvin explained everything clearly, worked fast. I couldn’t be happier. Finding a trustworthy, reliable repair shop is rare, and this one is a total gem. As you can see, another 5 star rating is rather superfluous, but perhaps prospective customers might find this useful. If you bring your vehicle here, you will not only find a talented mechanic but an honest one. Let that sink in for a minute. No fear of ever being ripped off again. We had found a good honest mechanic, but he was all the way up in Hanover. That's quite a drive when you're already having trouble with your car. When we attempted to find a local mechanic we had 2 bad experiences involving two different mechanical issues with our cars. One mechanic was in Claremont and the other one was in Charlestown. Both made claims our vehicles needed expensive repairs. Both times we made the drive up to Hanover only to be told by that mechanic that the parts in question were in good sha

I needed a big job done and was recommended to Granite State. Mervin is VERY responsive, great communicator. Detailed cost estimate was sent to me ahead of time. We had a few hiccups along the way, but things did get resolved. I'm most thankful for Mervin's thoughtfulness and consideration for people with fragrance allergies (30% of population). He voluntarily removed the scented candles without being asked. That in my opinion is really taking good care of costumers' needs. Truly grateful! Thank you!

I bought a used truck that had no heat , and knowing Mervin:s excellent work , from when I lived in Claremont, I drove from Maine to Claremont to my appointment with Granite state automotive, and Mervin thoroughly flushed the motor and radiator , then changed the heater core , of course with newer vehicles they had to take out the dash 1st , then refilled the system with the proper coolant . I now have really good heat in this truck for the1st time. Mervin is probably the most mechanically inclined person that I have ever met, AND HE IS HONEST!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM
