I have been going to Rt 12 Auto for years...I have never had a bad experience with anyone there and they have gone our of their way to help me. If you buy a car you should always check it out first no matter what. I have always been allowed to check any car out, take it for a ride, ask questions and even have my mechanic look at it BEFORE I buy it. Just because it is a 'buy here pay here' doesnt mean u cant get a good deal.

I've been buying cars here for a number of years. They try to tell you everything they know about the car before you buy it. But they don't and Can't know everything that the cars need. They buy them at auction and resell them. Check it out before you buy just as you would at any other dealer. I've had pretty good luck buying here,only one bad car so far and the owner made it right. I would buy from here again.

I would like to say this is the worst experience I have had. One of the salesman sold my daughter a car for college. The car was purchased on 06/03/13. She drove it ten miles and the check engine light came on. We called and Sid told us to reset the light. So we did and ten more miles the light came back on. We asked him if we could just undo this transaction. This would be the right thing to do because my daughter is going to be driving to PA to go to college. He refused to help us out and do the right thing. So BEWARE parents if you want a reliable car and a reputable dealership do not go here. Once you drive it off the lot and he has your check you can do nothing about it. Please learn from our mistake. Also please spread the word to all of your friend about this. I do not

Came and took my car for lack of 200 after I just put 1000 into it to try to get it safe and road legal. Having all receipts and all. But that didn't matter to them. I took it as a loss. Because the transmission was on its way out next. Never do business with them. Your paying for over priced junk!!!!
