Dean Auto is the best! I unfortunately got into a fender bender that insurance refuses to cover. So I had to shop around the most value added, affordable and high quality body shops in town. First of all, Dean was the most efficient communicator that was able to provide me with very detailed quote after seeing a few pictures of my car within 24 hours. He’s the most affordable one after I have benchmarked with 4 other shops nearby. Throughout the process when I was figuring out the claim with my insurance before deciding to fix the car, he was not pushy at all and didn’t charge me a dime for storage. He’s professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in what he does. He also got out of his way to buy used parts when he can and recommend new parts for safety/labor efficiency reason. My car

I needed to get a new rear bumper and a new tail light after someone hit my car and left without acknowledging the accident. I went to Dean’s on the recommendation of a friend of mine. He provided great service, got me the parts at the lowest possible cost, allowed me to keep the car over the weekend so I would be able to do errands and once back in the shop, he completed the repair at the time he estimated, and even buffed out some of the scrapes on other portions of the car and gave me a complimentary car wash. Dean was professional and honest with his quote and his estimate of the time necessary to complete the job, the quality of the repair was fantastic, and well worth the amount o paid. Awesome guy. Dean took time out of his busy schedule to take a look at the damage to my vehicle and spent time putting together a quote for me to give to insurance. All of this at no cost to me. Definitely a great individual who does great work.

These guys are amazing. First and foremost honest and interested in doing the right think correctly, the first time. Any post sign-off work need to make it right, no problem. They have worked on our family's cars for over 20yrs / Jag, Mustang, Mini, BMW, Porsche and my 1954 Chevy 3100 pickup. Definitely recommended
