Zach and Mason were great. Communications via phone calls and texts were a challenge / not working for a few days, leading me to have to call to ask for updates when not receiving any from the service dept. (Reason for 4 stars). Really appreciate the work that was done when our Purdue student had the check engine light come on suddenly. Appreciate the 10% student discount too.

It was just a 7500 mile check-up. But the staff were friendly and professional. The waiting room could be nicer. Pretty sparse but I only waited an hour so it wasn't a deal breaker.

I was not aware that I would be charged a 3% credit card fee for an already $600 bill for using my credit card. I had 4 tire monitor sensors replaced. The labor was nearly $300.00. I am more than happy to pay someone for their labor, but to turn around and charge me for using my credit card? The cost was already more than I wanted to pay upfront considering it was right before Thanksgiving. I felt like I was being scammed, penny pinched by Defouw. I know times are tight, but OMGNESS! I will plan on looking around for cheaper, yet qualified mechanics who may be able to service my car. My car is old enough to take the risk. At least consider a minimum purchase price on services, such as anything under 100 dollars will be charged a 3%fee. I would have paid an additional 20.00 had I not had

I came to the dealership for an oil change. While there, they reported that I had a faulty tire monitor. They ordered a new replacement along with the attached tire. They were repaired quickly in two days. No dealership could have taken care and provided service as quickly. Thank you!
