Noel was awesome. In my 65 years, by far the best experience I have ever had buying /trading a car. There was zero pressure, great customer focus, and the process to drive away in a different car was simple and so easy. They have the financing process down to a science. In the future I will call Noel when I’m ready to trade again, and highly recommend people reading this to do the same. You will not be disappointed!!

We had the best experience buying our New To Us car at DeFouw. There was absolutely no pressure selling which makes us want to return for our future purchases and recommend it to others in the market to buy a vehicle! Our salesman Chad was great. He was very friendly, welcoming, and answered all of our questions about the vehicle. We didn't feel rushed at all in making our decision. Dan was wonderful in telling us about the different options for financing and extended warranties, again without making us feel pressured, just well informed. And at the end, we also got a good deal for our trade in. It was a great experience overall and we are very thankful to the entire team.

Brian Smith was my main salesperson although when he was on his day off Mike stepped in and was great. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. I got the car I wanted and I am very satisfied with Defouw dealership.
