Kept our car for 24 hours. We told him what was wrong with it but he didn’t believe us and then just continued to tell us nothing was wrong with our car. Less than a week later had to get a tow and get it fully serviced as he did not believe us.

Delbert is an upstanding mechanic, one of the best diagnosticians I know. Super accommodating, Fair and amazing to work with. I couldn't recommend him more.

Called to make an appointment and Delbert pretty much grunted at me. Dropped my car off and Delbert looked at his phone a good five minutes before acknowledging my existence. Didn’t ask me a single question about what the issue was. Didn’t tell me when I could expect it to be looked at. Didn’t even ask what kind of vehicle it was or where I parked it. Just told me to leave the keys in it where anyone could steal it. No thanks. Treat your customers with more respect.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15am for a 15-minute part installation. I checked on it 3 hours later and they hadn’t even started on it. The owner said if I was in a hurry I could take the vehicle now! At 5:00pm I finally got a call from them but I was already in their parking lot! At no time was I told that it was going to take hours to complete this job! The owner was extremely rude when I dealt with him at 11:15am and again when I picked up my vehicle. He even threw the keys at me and told me to get the hell off his property!

Quick and efficient! Delbert was amazing. Will be taking our car to him for all that will be needed to be done.
