At the end of the wash, I heard a loud pop!! This wash tore my bumper up and they do not have a care in the world about it.. told me when it happened to fill out an incident report , I did just that … and speak with management the next day … came by the next day (which is TODAY) and nobody was there for me to speak with .. guy told me it is basically a waiting game ! I AM NOT Paying for nothing when it was perfectly fine before I entered the wash … paid 13$ for a half wash and a broken bumper .
I had a great experience at Delta Car Wash thanks to Jalesah. She was relatable and friendly and made sure my car was spotless. She told the guys that rinsed my car off before driving through the car wash, y’all be sure to get her right!” Lol, she didn’t know me personally but she made my experience personable. The people working are absolutely amazing!!!! Helped me so much and even washed my floor mats. Roger and Tyrone are the best!!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about them and how much they helped.
