I travel over an hour to get to Firestone! The staff is very welcoming and explains things where I understand them easily. I love the deals and discounts, quick on getting your vehicle fixed up. I've already recommended Firestone to several of my friends and family. I love Firestone and will continue to use in the future anytime I need my van fixed. P.s. give your Cleveland MS workers a raise or incentive if possible! They deserve it for upholding their jobs so well!

My husband dropped a tire off 9am February 28th. It shouldn't take 3 + hours to change a tire on a rim. No mounting required. My husband said there were 3 people ahead of him and 2 techs working but when I called to inquire she said there was only 1 tech available when tire was dropped off. Lies, slow service, improper staffing, and poor accountability

There is not a time that I enter Firestone that I am not greeted with a welcoming smile with A+ customer service. The manager, Brandon, is always very detailed and caring about your needs. Thank you all for being amazing.
