I decided to take my car here because I had heard good things through word of mouth. I’m a girl and don’t know a whole lot about cars so I was very hopeful that the problem I had would be solved. I knew I had a leak, and it was causing my wheel to not turn properly. He also agreed that this was the issue. He called and told it would be X price. I agreed to the price and he said he would get it fixed. After a few days, I got called back by someone else who let me know that my car was ready to be picked up but that he had to “fix something else” so that it would be more than agreed on. I wasn’t super happy that I was charged for something that I wasn’t told about before it was done, but nevertheless, I was happy that the problem was taken care of. Except, it wasn’t. This is literally the best shop around. Just got a timing job did. First shop had my car for 3 weeks and didn’t do anything to my car. Took it to lance auto and he got it handled!!! These some good folks, Michael and his wife! Definitely recommend

Top tier experience!! 👌🏾 My son needed a new alternator. I reached out to Lance's Automotive and was met with nothing but kindness from the start. Told Mrs. Jeana what my son's car was doing and she instantly knew what the problem was. They did a FREE diagnostic test on the car and it indeed was what I was initially told. He dropped his car off Tuesday afternoon and he had his car back Wednesday afternoon. Thank you Michael and Jeana for taking care of my son and getting him back on the road quickly. He is a student at DSU and is 5 hrs from home. We didn't know what to do, but thank God we found yall. Honest and Dependable! DSU students receive a 10% discount. Go check them out!

I live out of town and my daughter is a junior at Delta St. She was wanting to come home this past weekend but her car was making a funny noise. I called Lance's and explained the situation. He said have her stop by he'd take a look. Nothing really wrong with the car. Told my daughter she was good to go. Didn't charge us for his time! This is what customer service is about. My Audi broke down on a long road trip. I am so glad Lance's Automotive was close by. We left our car behind and they took care of it from there. They arranged a tow, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and did the repair, all while communicating with me. They stayed late a few nights to get my repairs done in time for me to make the 700 mile trip back to get my car and return my rental car. They met me after hours on a friday night to pick up my car. They even had it running so it would warm for me. When they gave me the bill it was much less than they originally quoted . They were able to shop around for parts and passed that savings alone to me. If you are in Cleveland Miss. and need your car repaired, this is your place! Thanks again for the great service.
