Delta Sonic Car Wash

The Victor location is fabulous! The employees are nice and good at what they do. I especially like how they guide us into the car wash and out towards hand-towel station. For those of us who are a little bit anxious going through -It’s very calming having them guiding us forward. Also, the Victor location is quiet, with easy in/out for interior clean.

I’ve been a lifelong fan of Delta sonic but love the new monthly club where you get unlimited washes inside and out. Amazing value for the money, especially the interior. Fletcher magically got my car looking like it did when it came out of the dealership and it only took him 15 minutes! Highly recommended.

Dont bring your Jeep through or get the monthly subscription. They do not ever get the sides clean, EVER. The side rotational brushes arent enabled. Even with the towel dry, they skip the sides. Every time I wash it, I need to spend 5 to 10 minutes after cleaning the sides and back properly. Its just a waste. The touchless washes leave it cleaner.

I just had my car detailed by Jamar at the Victor location and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! He went above and beyond my expectations – my car looks better than the day I bought it. Jamar’s attention to detail was incredible, and you can really tell he takes pride in his work. He was professional, friendly, and clearly skilled at what he does. On February 20th I went to the delta sonic car wash in victor New York, and while in the car wash the fans were so strong that they cracked my windshield, I immediately reported it and filed a claim and they took photos, I called the claims department and the lady that answered my call was very rude and didn’t try and de-escalate the situation at all. Then the next week I got an email saying my claim had been denied, and that my window was broken before I entered the car wash. Well I know it wasn’t so after 2 weeks I finally was able to see the footage from the car wash and it proved that my windshield was NOT broken before I entered the car wash and that it WAS broken when I left. But they are still denying the claim and denying to pay to fix to get it done. I have been a loyal customer o
