Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This Valvoline site was fast and thorough! My tech Ryan made the entire process easy and my car care was seamless! He replaced my absolutely filthy filter (where does all that mess come from?!?!) Checked my windshield wipers and my battery. My battery is on its last legs and Ryan educated me on what to expect, the type of battery I have and offered me a replacement. I thought my car took full synthetic but Ryan checked my records and let me know I have been using the next oil down. He was honest about my options and what my car needs. All of the techs on the floor were friendly and moving in total unison and wished me a good day! I will definitely stop here again!

Eric the manager hooked me up! Great service, had the place running like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Nice people, fast service, Friendly and knowledgeable.

Went for an oil change and they were very quick. I'm a girl in my early twenties so usually automotives try and get extra money out of me 😂 but they didn't badger me about a bunch of stuff. simply asked if I wanted anything else checked or done and when I declined they accepted. I apologize as I don't remember the names of the people who worked on my car but they both were extremely polite and professional and did a great job. Will definitely be returning when needed. thank you!

Absolutely worst service I have ever had today. Will never go back to this location. The kid that worked on my oil change and my truck had no clue what he was doing and stood there like he was napping. I watched him put some screws back in the air filter then got frustrated and stopped. I got home and put 2 screws back in. Honestly I have gone to Valvoline instant oil change for years but honestly I think the service has been getting worse.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I received quick and efficient service. Always calm and can count on a positive experience :)
