We brought a used Audi A4 to Redi for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic. Mindy and Emily who booked the appointment were super friendly. Ryan, the owner, who inspected the car explained everything he found and very patiently answered all our questions. Everyone was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

I went to Redi Imports for an oil change and a full inspection before a long road trip, and I couldn't be happier with the service! I cannot rave enough about Redi Imports, we have had so many same day car emergencies that they have resolved for us QUICK and fit us in immediately so we can get back on the road. Having only one vehicle means when something happens, we are sort of at the mercy of the car shop. And this shop has always gone above and beyond to help us get our car back quickly. Also, the pricing is shocking, I am always surprised at how reasonable and low the services have cost. Thank you Redi, for saving us yet again today.

There's nowhere else I would take my Subie. Alex is an amazing tech and mechanic and has fixed my car since I blew up the engine last year. Ryan personally called me and let me know the bad news, but ended I ended up making the decision to let Alex and his skilled mechanics replace the small block portion of my engine. After many upgrades and added parts, I couldn't be any happier with the team at Redi Imports in Victor. They have squeezed me into a tight packed schedule even when they were short staffed and made sure that my car us running at tip-top shape. Ty Redi Imports!!
