Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

After driving over a curb the night before, I scheduled an inspection for damage at Monro Auto Service Center today. Scheduling on a Sunday was easy and my car was in the shop in no time. The news was great, no damage noted and the man who helped me at the desk and who checked out my car were awesome. Thank you so much!

Had the dealer check the “tire” noise. They did a road test and check on the lift. Determined there was a slight bearing noise. Did not require immediate attention. Please with their assessment and explanation. Was able to schedule the appointment quickly. Pleased with the service.

The two men who manage the site (I can’t remember their names) that check us in and tell us what’s going on with the cars are truly just outstanding. One of them consistently has worked with my daughter Hannah who has had numerous (and I mean numerous) car issues. He is always honest and transparent. This has not been the case in other repair places where work has been recommended to her that was not needed. The other manager I’ve worked with is also transparent and honest. We take all of our four cars to this particular site solely because of those two service providers.

I stopped on my way home after dark to have a bulb replaced in my driver's side headlight. Kevin was right there to see what I needed and Frank changed it in a matter of minutes. They were wonderful in lighting up my night! What a difference that bulb has made in my nighttime driving. I am always happy with the way Kevin and Frank handle my cars!

The “ manager” was about as unprofessional as you could get. Dressed in a dirty rock band sweatshirt covered in grease. Could not hear him say anything as he spoke so softly. Didn’t seem to have a notification of my online appt but accepted me for work ( NYS inspection) I waited what seemed like 30” And he informed that his link with NYS to confirm the inspection was down. No apology. Just stating the facts Very poor customer relation skills. Should be moved exclusively to the bottom of a chassis Will never ever return to that store. Will be sure to share my experiences very broadly. Will look elsewhere for any and all mechanical repair
