Demuner Auto Repair, Oil Changes & Tires

We were happy with the previous owners of Demuner Auto. We brought our Toyota 4 Runner and our Subaru in to have them worked on and had no problems. We told them we had a Ford Ranger 4x4 that was leaking a fair amount of antifreeze and they told us to bring it in. We paid $160.00 to have a diagnostic done. They told us the hose leaked and did not give us an estimate tonfix it. So why did they have us bring it in and charge us a diagnostic fee when they weren’t interested fixing it. Isn’t that what you do when you want it fixed!

Been taking my Honda here for years, and they always do great work and provide excellent service. They have kindly answered my questions about car maintenance that I often have as a newer driver. They have also accommodated wait times for me as I drive in from out of town - worth it!

As a woman I rely on honest communication and education to know what I need to do to take care of my car and I appreciate the time the guys at Demuner are willing to spend in answering my questions so I can feel comfortable with my decisions for services. I have been a customer of this shop for 20 years. I have tolerated their new business practices since ownership changed hands a few years back. Service has decreased while prices have increased. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner. They add silly extra charges like charging what 2 gallons of wiper fluid would cost to top off your reservoir. You ask them to check one thing and they do a whole car diagnostic and charge $160 for that. Sorry you all lost a faithful customer today. I was given an estimate on a water pump change for over $500, 180 of which was for the water pump itself. I wanted to supply the water pump but they still wanted to charge over $500.

Great shop. They have been taking car of my car for years and do an amazing job. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Two thumbs way way up!
