Discount Tire

I don’t usually build long-term relationships with tire shops… but here we are. Started simple: went to Discount Tire and bought tires. Great experience. Easy. Friendly. Thought we were done. Nope. Came back later for wiper blades. Same great service. Same smiles. Same feeling that these people actually like their jobs (suspicious, but impressive). Then I made the mistake of trusting them completely and went back a third time-for wheels. And once again, they absolutely nailed it. Huge shout-out to Devin, Eli, Matthew, and Benjamin-a dream team of knowledgeable, patient, genuinely helpful humans who somehow make tire buying feel… fun? I truly cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire. They came to my rescue when I had a blowout tire on the highway with my children in the car. It was a scary and stressful situation, and I felt overwhelmed — but they stepped in right away and took care of us. Even though it was close to closing time, they didn’t rush us or turn us away. They quickly changed the damaged tire and helped me get new tires so we could safely get back on the road. Their kindness, urgency, and genuine care meant more to me than they probably realize. What a great experience I've just had with ordering through Discount Tire and installation at their Poulsbo location! This is the first time I've used them. I've been a fan of Costco Tire Center but Discount Tire came through with faster delivery and installation (and at close to the same price) because I was in a time crunch. I'm so glad I found them. The ordering over the phone and the installation at the shop all happened within a few days and everyone I worked with was great. And the installation is very fast and fascinating to watch through the lobby window to the shop - like watching a racing pit stop. Highly recommended.
