I have always had very positive experiences at Firestone in Poulsbo. I’ve had my car in there many times over the years and it’s really the only place I go now. Everyone is very helpful there and very honest and they don’t try to upsell. They try to get me the best value for the priorities. This last visit, Michael provided exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, and I honestly felt like he cared that my car was serviced in a way that made me feel happy. He managed to get the part in the same day and get my car back to me late in the day. He did it with a smile, great communication, and a sense of humor, which is very appreciated. This Firestone location is wonderful. Mike, Jim, the whole team. We had custom tires installed and service two cars there. Never given a run around, and they sincerely try. Great outcomes thus far every time. Everyone is polite, welcoming and funny. Store is clean. It’s as fun as automotive maintenance can be.

Five Stars, Zero Screeching Brakes, Mild Emotional Growth Came in with a car that was politely asking for help and left with brakes so smooth I briefly considered auditioning for a car commercial. Huge shout-out to Joseph and Bob, who explained everything clearly, honestly, and without once making me feel like I needed a PhD in Automotive Vibes to understand what was happening. They inspected my brakes, confirmed that yes, they were absolutely done for, and fixed them without upselling me into bankruptcy or fear-mongering me into repairs I didn’t need. I had a very calmitious evening that ended with the core coming out of my valve stem. Thankfully you guys were still open. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was extremely kind and helpful. My tire was fixed super fast and affordably. I am so so grateful for the help and amazing service!!

I came in for an alignment towards the end of the day when they were nearing their final hour left for business. They were able to quickly work me in and get me out of there with plenty of time to spare.They have a very friendly and cooperative service team here, from the front end to the guys in the shop. These guys are very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend this location over any of the others in the area. 👍 👍
