Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel like part of their family. When I picked up my car, it looked like it came straight out of a showroom. The quality of the work and attention to detail were outstanding. My daughter was recently side-swiped in a 2018 BMW 430i, causing significant dents in the driver's door. These folks had the damage fixed in a day and a half. It actually looks better than when we bought the car. I'm honestly so impressed. I didn't know it was even possible to repair dents like these. I had gotten three quotes, and Diamond was by far the best quote. They were also amazing to speak to on the phone. I give this business my highest recommendation. They made a customer for life. My family and I have been using Diamond body shop for over a decade and there’s reason to that. They are experts at their craft, work within reasonable time, and truly go beyond their scope to offer help, especially when dealing with an insurance claim. Most recently I got into a little fender bender that damaged a headlight, and misaligned the fender, bumper, and frunk lid. I took my car to them rather than taking it to Tesla and they were able to source the original parts through Tesla, and complete all the repairs. I highly recommend this shop!
