Diamond Wash Car Wash

I went on Friday and got a car wash because boy did I need! Now I did go in the wrong way because of construction, but I was able to find the right way. When I reached the person that would let you in, he was very welcoming. MATT My guy had an excellent attitude! I hate to go places and people have a poor attitude and it’s like why are you here? But he did not present any of that and I like that! Customer service is number one to me when I go somewhere and how I’m treated. I wasn’t able to tell the people before you go in that spray your Vehicle down thank you. But I did tell One of the people who wipe it down thank you. And he was very nice and accepting!

Going downhill quick. People will go ahead and activate the gate and just sit there and talk to whoever is at the little kiosk forever and the gate wont activate for you, extremely annoying, the water has decreased substantially now leaving soap all over the car making you need the wipe at the end. The wipes are used on multiple cars just leaving oil residue all over the car. There is no going around cars that are being wiped down so even though you dont want the service you still need to sit there. I would not recommend new or cars you care about to use this car wash or any of these automatic washers

Their are a lot of new car washes popping up all over NWA and I have used several of them. Diamond Carwash is the best one that I have used. For the same price as the competitors they will pressure wash the windows and wheels and all the way around the vehicle before you go into the automated carwash. Then after you come out they hand dry the majority of the car and clean your tires by hand as well. I don't know of another carwash that goes above and beyond what the automated carwash does.

I’ve used this car wash many times and I’ve been so pleased by the personal service and quality of the wash. I purchased the interior clean a few washes ago and it was superb! Great car wash!

Bad vacuum!!!!! I was going to vacuum my Subaru forester And noticed poor suction from the vacuum. I was very displeased by such inconsistency’s with the vacuum. disappointed .
